A Step-by-Step Guide
Life is a game, and most people are playing it wrong. In this guide, I’m going to teach you how to play to win.
Over the last four years, my life has improved drastically. I went from being in debt, overweight, lonely, and depressed to earning multiple six figures, living a healthy lifestyle, building strong, supportive relationships, and essentially living my dream life. All because I learned what I’m about to share with you.
If you follow these seven steps, not only can you build your dream life, but you’ll do it in much less time than it took me, because you’ll have the exact steps to follow. Let’s dive in.
Step 1: Determine Your Goal
Your ultimate goal should guide all your decisions. For me, that goal is happiness, so I optimize my life to achieve it. You can choose a different goal, but think about this: What’s the point of having everything if you’re not happy? I suggest making happiness your goal, too.
Step 2: Identify What Makes You Happy
If happiness is your goal, then you need to understand what contributes to it. Common factors include mental and physical health, finances, lifestyle, career, and relationships. Under the umbrella of your ultimate goal are smaller goals…
